These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of fuzzhug.com and any purchase you make from FuzzHug (“we”, “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and some lifestyle images on our site are illustrative. Product specifications are provided by our manufacturer.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. Bundle prices apply as shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If an item was listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there’s an error in the listing. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Safe use
FuzzHug is a heated electronic product. Please read the included instructions and:
- Use the low setting for direct skin contact, and don’t hold it against bare skin for long periods.
- Don’t use it while sleeping, and supervise children and anyone who can’t easily sense heat.
- Keep it away from water, and don’t use it if it’s damaged or feels unusually hot.
- Charge it with a suitable USB charger and don’t take the device apart.
We’re not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse or by not following these instructions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or our site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, videos and the FuzzHug name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
